A new primer on network infrastructure and security using free and open source software (FOSS) has recently been published by the International Open Source Network. Find out how you can download this e-primer for free.

A new primer, titled, “Free/Open Source Software: Network Infrastructure and Security,” has recently been released by the International Open Source Network (IOSN), an initiative of the United Nations Development Programme—Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (UNDP-APDIP).

The free e-primer walks its readers on an introduction to free and open source software, network concepts and architecture, and networking as well as security functions with FOSS.
