Outcome statement arising from the REGIONAL DIALOGUE ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE POST-2015 DEVELOPMENT AGENDA, held on November 3-5, 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Bangkok Regional Dialogue was convened by Development Alternatives with Women for a New Era (DAWN) and Asia Pacific Gender and Macroenomic Network (APGEM) in collaboration with United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women - Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific).

The outcome statement outlines the concerns and demands of women in the Asia-Pacific; particularly, the concerns and demands of the women workers' sector and of women in conflict and post-conflict situations and the demands for women's sexual and reproductive health and rights and political agency. It calls on governments and inter-regional bodies to address in social inequalities arising from different, layered and intersecting factors, in the Post-2015 development agenda, which inequalities continue to result in systematic exclusion and discrimination of women in the Asia-Pacific.
